Synopsis: Tony adds a few new features to Spidey’s new red and gold costume including the ability to change its appearance and thin metal arms that can be manipulated from its back. Tony and Peter appear before a Senate investigative committee concerning superhuman registration. After the meeting, Tony is attacked by Titanium Man on the Senate building steps and Spider-Man swings in to the rescue.
