Cast Iron Oil Pump 234-900773-2 SY234-900773-2 Suit BB Chev With Billet Hard Black Anodized Cap & Adjustable Pressure BBC CAST IRON OIL PUMP WITH Available for both big and small block applications, System 1’s unique oil pumps feature a billet aluminium cover with provisions for adjusting oil pressure. Lubricant volume is increased over OEM pumps and you can adjust pressure from 65 to 100 lbs (factory pre-set at 75 lbs). This pump is designed to continually pull fresh oil from the sump, and any that is in excess of engine demand is diffused back into the pan to help prevent aeration. Designed to use an OEM 3/4″ big block pickup or a Dan Olson bell-style 3/4″ pickup. Also available is System 1’s unique plate assembly to convert your existing 5-bolt pump.
